Terms & Conditions:No purchase is required to enter or win. This Giveaway is sponsored by Bouie Tree Trimming Services, Inc. (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is open only to individuals who own a property located in Sarasota County or Manatee County, including Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Osprey, Nokomis, Ellenton, and Parrish, are 18 years of age or older, and are the legal homeowner of the property entered. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited. The Giveaway begins on November 24, 2025 at 8:00 AM EST and ends on November 28, 2025 at 11:00 PM EST (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside this period are not eligible. To enter, eligible participants must submit an entry through the official Giveaway form during the Entry Period and provide all required information. Entrants may not submit multiple entries using different emails or identities, and attempts to tamper with or manipulate the entry process will result in disqualification. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. If the Grand Prize Winner listed a valid referral on their entry, the verified referrer will also be awarded a prize as the Bonus Winner. If the Grand Prize Winner did not list a referral, no Bonus Winner will be selected. Each winner may choose ONE (1) of the following prizes: trimming of all palms located on the entered property; removal of one (1) dead tree from the property; or 50% off any one (1) live tree removal service, including stump grinding. Prizes must be scheduled within 3 days of winner notification, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be redeemed by the winning homeowner. The property must allow safe equipment access for the selected service, and Sponsor reserves the right to decline unsafe or hazardous work, including but not limited to work involving trees too close to power lines, structurally unstable trees, hazardous conditions, or work requiring specialized equipment not included in the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days after the Giveaway closes. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within 7 days, is ineligible, or forfeits the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their first name, city, and non-sensitive entry information for promotional purposes as permitted by law. By participating, entrants agree to release Sponsor from liability related to participation, technical issues, delays, lost entries, or the performance of tree work. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or other factors compromise its integrity. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved individually in a Florida court of competent jurisdiction. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other social platform. By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
