Terms & Conditions: No purchase required to enter or win. This Giveaway is sponsored by Bouie Tree Trimming Services, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and is open only to individuals who own a residential property located in Sarasota County or Manatee County, including Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Osprey, Nokomis, Ellenton, and Parrish, are 18 years of age or older, and are the homeowner of the property entered. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited. The Giveaway begins on November 24, 2025 at 8:00 AM EST and ends on November 28, 2025 at 11:00 PM EST (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside this period are not eligible. To enter, eligible participants must submit an entry through the official giveaway form during the Entry Period and provide all required information. Entrants may not submit multiple entries using different emails or identities; attempts to tamper with or abuse the entry process will result in disqualification. Two (2) winners will be selected. Winner #1 will be randomly Selected from all eligible entries. Winner #2 will be either the verified individual listed as the referral on Winner #1’s entry or, if no referral is listed, a second randomly selected entrant. Each winner may choose ONE (1) of the following prizes: (1) trimming of all palms located on the entered property, (2) removal of one (1) dead tree from the property, or (3) 50% off a single tree removal service (including stump grind). Prizes must be scheduled within 3 days of notification, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be redeemed by the winning homeowner. Property must be safely accessible for required equipment, and Sponsor reserves the right to decline unsafe or hazardous work. Unsafe jobs include situations where the tree is too close to power lines, cannot be accessed safely with our equipment, is structurally unstable, is located in hazardous conditions, or requires specialized equipment not included in the giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days after the Giveaway closes. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within 7 days, is ineligible, or forfeits the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their first name, city, and non-sensitive entry information for promotional purposes as permitted by law. By participating, entrants agree to release Sponsor from any liability related to participation, delays, technical issues, lost entries, or the performance of tree work. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or other factors compromise its integrity. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved individually in a Florida court of competent jurisdiction. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other social platform. By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
